Candles should only burn for 2 hours at a time 

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Our Decor Home, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return any unburned candles for a full refund within 15 days of purchasing.  If your product arrives damaged, we can replace the item(s) with no additional charge to you.  Simply contact us via email or by phone before returning your items and we will provide addtional information to process your return and/or refund.  Upon receiving the undamaged items we will confirm reciept via email and process your refund.
